| Professional Experience |
Mr. Elliott has over 17 years background and experience as a Manufacturing Leader in Automotive and Commercial Vehicle HVAC design and manufacturing. He has been with Bergstrom since 1997 where he has held several positions including: Chief Engineer, Sales and Engineering Manager, HVAC BU Manager, and General Manager. Currently, Jim is the Vice President of Operations where he oversees a lean 6 sigma operation including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, master production scheduling, customer service and materials.
Prior to joining Bergstrom, Jim worked for Valeo Climate Control for three years where he was a Program Manager and the HVAC APU Manager. He also worked for Ford Motor Company, Climate Control Division for seven years where he held several positions including: Product Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Engineering Team Leader.
